Delivery and Returns
Orders are dispatched from the bakery the next working day (unless it’s a pre-order product). Most orders will then arrive within 24-48 hours depending on which delivery option you choose. Please take care to make sure your delivery details are correct. Due to the perishable nature of our products, if they do no arrive due to incorrect details, we cannot re-send or offer a refund/replacement. Please click below for more details about delivery.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Please include the following in the e-mail;
- your order number
- the problem with the brownies
- photos of the issue
We do not offer refunds unless in exceptional circumstances, due to the perishable nature of our products.
We do not offer cancellations.
If you prefer to phone us, please call 01553 341433. We may not answer if we are mid-bake but please leave a message and we will ring you back.
