RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your brownies, please contact us as soon via the contact form.
Please include the following;
- your order number
- the problem with the brownies
Please take photos of the issue as we may will ask for these.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please do not eat or throw away your order, as we may request them to be returned to us for further inspection with a pre-paid returns label.
We do not offer refunds/returns unless in exceptional circumstances, due to the perishable nature of our products.
We do not offer cancellations.
